Every organ, cell, tissue in your body needs water, so it is important to take the proper amount of water. Usually, it is suggested to take at least eight glasses of water daily.
However, this amount of water has never been confirmed medically. The better option is to take as much water that you urinate every 3-4 hours, and your urine is in a light color.
5. Dental Health
It is important to take dental health, don’t neglect it if you want to live a healthy life.
The research says that the bacteria that produce dental plaque enter the bloodstream and are somehow connected with pain that blocks blood vessels and causes heart disease.

6. Get your sleep

Try to take challenges without feeling embarrassed for not being an expert by keeping in mind that every expert was once a beginner. You can take a challenge like reading a new book once a week.
